Our Mission

At Work Visa Specialists LLC, our mission is to help businesses achieve sustainable growth and success by providing them with expert consulting and filing of paperwork required to hire Foreign Workers through the H-2B/H-2A programs.

Our Team

Our Manager, Chris Tucker, has 5 years of experience in creating and filing H-2B petitions for a local Myrtle Beach company in both the Spring and Winter periods. Using his experience, we will create a plan that fits your needs and will work with you to create all documents and records needed to get an approved Labor Certificate and bring in the workers you need.


Our Office Assistant, Riley Tucker, is responsible for keeping up with appointments and learning how to customize the plans for each individual customer.


We have specialists in several countries, including Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, and Mexico that can help bring in recruits in the event a customer needs that help.
